Estimated Shipping Time:
We generally dispatch your order within 2-3 working days of receiving the order. Our shipping partner typically takes anywhere between 4 to 10 days to deliver at your location. Shipping time depends on your location. Any transit conditions / delays beyond our control shall be considered as per situation.

Damage Policy:
KolorKraft will not be responsible of damaging the products during transportation and customer will not be eligible to ask for any refund or replacement the materials from the company or transporter. In case of misplace the material then only customer will get eligible for refund from the transporter.
