Return & Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please send us an email kolorkraft.in@gmail.com and/or message on WhatsApp number- +91-9818111963 within 24hrs of order placed. Let us know the exact concern. We will try to resolve, process replacement / refund within 10-15 working days. Please note the following about our returns and refund policy:

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 10-15 working days from the date on which KolorKraft receives refund request. Not when the order was placed. Refund amount will be deposited in your bank account by UPI / NEFT / other online mode. In case of prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid. You can also request for discount of same amount from future orders.

Returns policy
KolorKraft follows return policy of our products. We will provide replacement of those items only which match the manufacturing defects criteria.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled and refunded after the receiving of your request by email or whatsapp message within the 24hr of order placed. Please email us at kolorkraft.in@gmail.com with any questions or needed support

Damage Policy
KolorKraft will not be responsible of damaging the products during transportation and customer will not be eligible to ask for any refund or replacement the materials from the company & transporter.
